The September collection will focus

on tee-shirts. Also, contributions may

be made at any time for bulk orders of

collection items. Donations of $40 will

pack and send a box. Check outside

the sanctuary for other current needs

for the contents of the shoeboxes.

 

The women will be enjoying lunch and fellowship

at Honey Baked Ham. Mark your calendar

and plan to attend. Bring a friend.

The Ladies are serving and the menu

is: BBQ Chicken, Green Beans, Slaw,

Rolls, & Dessert. Children $4.00, Adults $6.00.

Adult Choir will meet in the sanctuary

Meet at the church and then disperse

along Grandview Lane to visit neighbors

and pick up trash along the road.

 

The 237th Homecoming celebration theme

will be “Healing Hands” and feature

guest speaker Steve Schultz, Hendersonville Site

Coordinator of NC Baptist Disaster Relief.

Following the morning worship, we

will have lunch. Start planning for

the dishes and desserts you will bring

to share during this special time of fellowship.

Baptists on Mission in Burnsville
October 11-13 (Sunday evening through
Tuesday afternoon) This trip will focus
mostly on new builds in Burnsville.
You must be 13 years old to participate.
Dan Brown will lead the team to Burnsville
on Monday and Tuesday mornings, leaving
FBBC parking lot at 6:30 am and returning
in the evening between 5:30 -6:00 pm.
If you want to stay in Burnsville at the
command center please let Dan Brown
know by September 10th.

serve just one of the days. If you stay

overnight, the fee is $25/person and you

must be at least 11 years old. Sign up
