A word from our pastor...
Our Worship: Church doesn’t have to be boring. In fact, it ought to be
joy, and that is our desire at French Broad. In our worship, you will
enjoy singing songs that you are familiar with – songs that have stood
the test of time as well as newer heartfelt choruses that lead us to
express our love for God. Times of prayer allow you to reconnect with
God and to seek His face. Sermons are biblically based and seek to
provide you with something you can use in real life.
Our Mission: Rick Warren has said, "many people live their whole
lives without knowing why." At French Broad we understand our life's
mission. Simply stated it is...TO KNOW AND SERVE CHRIST AND
MAKE HIM KNOWN.
Our Passion: We understand the unique truth about Jesus Christ.
He was not only a great teacher, but He is God's son. He not only
died, but He rose from the dead; an event that we celebrate on
Easter. Our passion is to get to know Him better, serve Him daily, and
to make Him known to others.
Our Vision: We don't want to keep the good news of God's love all to
ourselves! Our vision is to cultivate an ever-growing fellowship of
maturing followers of Jesus who are equipped to reach, teach, and
serve in their world everyday.
In all things at all times we place Christ at the center of what we do.
